Ghana midfielder Thomas Partey appeared to have said his final goodbye to fans of Arsenal during their last home game of the season in the English Premier League.
The 31-year-old starred for the Gunners as they defeated Newcastle United 1-0 at Emirates to consolidate second position for the third season running.
Partey's current deal with the club expires on June 30, 2025, but the club and the player are yet to agree on a new contract.
Although reports in England indicate the club wants to extend the ex-Atletico Madrid star's deal, nothing concrete has been reached.
However, after the game against the Magpies on Sunday, Partey and his family, including his partner and daughter were spotted waving the fans goodbye.
His latest gesture seems to hint at a potential exit at the end of the campaign with contract talks taking long to be concluded.
Meanwhile, several clubs in Europe including newly-crowned Spanish champions Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have showed interest in the Ghanaian.
There are reports also linking the long-time Juventus target to a move to the Middle-East.
Partey enjoyed his best campaign with Arsenal in the soon-to-end season after making 51 appearances across all competitions, scoring four Premier League goals.
He is expected to feature in the final game of the campaign against Southampton next week.
